With cardio you actually enjoy, plus the strength, balance, and mobility your body needs to thrive.
As The Cardio Queen, I help people find movement they love and build the strength that supports it. My work combines enjoyable cardio, intentional weight training, and functional movement so fitness feels sustainable, empowering, and effective (not overwhelming or short-lived).
I work with clients from middle school through their eighties, meeting you exactly where you are and helping you grow toward lasting health, confidence, and performance (whether your goal is simply feeling better in your body or training toward the podium).
Most fitness programs focus on only the top of the fitness pyramid: nutrition and strength.
At Cardio Queen, I focus on the entire foundation.
With expertise in cardio, weight training, yoga, and functional movement, I coach the often-overlooked elements that make real progress possible: core stability, balance, flexibility, form, and recovery. These aren’t “extras” as they’re essential to metabolism, injury prevention, and sustainable results.
This philosophy led to the creation of my separate training brand, Functional Foundations, a program designed for people who need to rebuild strength from the ground up. That may include returning from injury, managing chronic limitations, or working toward foundational goals like walking comfortably, building balance, or developing safe core strength. For some clients, lifting a leg, holding balance, or walking for 20 minutes is advanced core work — and that’s exactly where we begin.
A foundation-first approach allows me to quickly identify what’s holding someone back and address it efficiently. In fitness, that might mean progressing a client from limited mobility to confident lunges, better posture, and improved endurance. In cross-training environments, it means recognizing when performance issues stem from core strength, balance, or mobility, and then training accordingly.
The moment I felt I truly arrived as a real professional was when I could see that a person's core was what was holding them back from being able to do a swim kick, have a good swim form, or in some cases, even walk.
Functional Foundations is about building strength that supports your life and not just your workouts. What I offer:
